Great host and great house
Excellent holiday home near the beach. Clean, well organized, and exactly what we were looking for. Close to Marbella and Puerto BanĂşs but still calm and relaxing.

Top location
We were 3 couples in our 70’s . The villa is just a minutes walk from the beach but we also enjoyed having a pool. It was very clean & very quiet. Mena recommended some restaurants nearby which were excellent. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
Lovely Stay by the Beach
Nice house just by the spectacular beach. Lovely garden, terrace and pool, but a lot of seeds from the palm falling down in the water which was annoying. Ok bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and Livingroom, but the kitchen is small and lacks som things that we needed to buy ourselves (for example sharp knife’s). We also needed to buy proper bathing towels for the pool and the beach. Garage rather small for a minivan and it’s often a lot of cars parking outside which makes the street very narrow, but if your’re a good driver and take it cool it’s not a problem. The nearby restaurant is awesome, but quite expensive if you have a big family. It’s only 15 min away from Marbella. I asked for a proper grill before arriving, which was delivered but not assembled until a week later. The guy did it halfway and left tools and emballage outside. We didn’t get tools to clean the grill and by then I got fed up buying things that was missing in the house.

Dear Conny, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the barbecue, the house is equipped with a charcoal BBQ, but on your request we ordered a gas BBQ free of charge. Unfortunately, it arrived later than expected and came as an IKEA package, which turned out to be more challenging to assemble than anticipated. We arranged someone to set it up, though we understand the delay was inconvenient. As for the palm tree, on very windy days it does shed seeds and leaves. Our gardener comes weekly, but we’re always happy to schedule an extra visit if needed. The kitchen is normally well-equipped, though we occasionally notice that some items go missing over time. We double-checked after your stay, and everything is now fully stocked. We also reimbursed you for the items you kindly purchased, and we appreciate your understanding. It’s true that a minivan is on the larger side for the garage, but with some care it does fit, and we’re glad you managed. Your feedback is truly helpful, and we’ll continue doing our best to keep the property in great condition for all guests. Warm regards
Relaxing Villa in a Lovely Area
Great property in a quiet area of Marbella. The proximity to the beach was a big plus, and the outdoor space was very enjoyable. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A very good experience overall, and we would recommend it.
Great facilities for family holiday.
Nice villa, well laid out and very close to the beach. Easy to get to Marbella old town and marina as well as lots of other towns for day trips. No need for a car if you don’t want to drive in the busy traffic as Ubers are readily available. You wont run out of things to do in this part of Spain, we certainly didn’t. The air conditioning broke the day before we flew which wasn’t great timing but the owner did the best they could to get it repaired. We made do with portable units in week 1 and it was fixed for week 2. I thought that was very responsive considering the time of year. The beach is great and has a nice bar/restaurant literally 5 mins walk but it stops serving food around 6pm. Lot’s of other restaurants nearby to go to and they are all pretty good. Some are really expensive. We paid up to 300 euros for a meal for a family of 4 on more than one occasion. There are some good bars down by the Marbella marina and in Puerto Banus. Beach Club at the end of the road is currently closed but there is another one nearby. The beach is fine sand and safe bathing. Beware the weekend crowds! Sun beds are available but lot’s of competition for them. We went to the beach when we wanted a change but only to swim and walked back to the villa to soak up the sun. It’s that close. Overall a very enjoyable holiday but save up because this area is dear!

Excellent villa and location
The villa was the perfect destination for us to celebrate our 50th birthdays. It was very close to the beach (for some gorgeous morning swims) and some lovely restaurants were within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again in the future.

Relaxing Stay Close to Everything
A lovely property in a great beachfront location. The villa is well equipped. We appreciated the outdoor space and how close everything was. The only thing to note is that having a car makes it easier if you plan to explore Marbella and nearby towns regularly. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Perfect for small groups
A lovely property with great amenities. We had an issue with hot water but host was helpful and it was sorted within 24 hours of our check in. Great to have a few games there to use, as well as some pool toys.
